Scientific Thinking and Psychology (Research Paper Sample) Content: Scientific Thinking and PsychologyName:Institution: It is a fact that the eye is a complex organ composed of various essential all forming eye anatomy. The larger white part of the eyeball is called sclera. It is responsible for covering the entire visible eyeball. The eye contain six extra ocular muscle that are attached to each eye that are mandate for the fully movement of the up, down and side to side (Mann 1964). It composes of other essentials such as the pupil, the iris, the lens, the retina, vitreous body, optical nerves, and the lacrimal glands, which work in whole as a team to function. Another fact is that the pupil is the essential element that allows the light energy to the eye specifically the retina. The third fact is that radio and TV waves have minimal wavelength whereas the X-ray have very large wavelength. This is valid as the X-rays are naturally emitted by hot gasses. Another instance of the X-ray can be attributed the dentist rays they use to ima ge your tooth or the one airport security uses to see through your luggage bag.The article expresses various incorrect phrases. For instance, it stresses that the human eye has very tiny bones. The fact is that the human eye does not have bones, but it has only a bone at the back of it. Giving love to your love is likely to embrace happiness.According to scientific thinking, the claims made in the article it attributes explicability, as the findings recorded are similar. For instance, Dr. Davis seeking to defend his thesis of the eye having its own built in pacifier he selected a certain number of people with eye problems and exposed them to the severe condition of red colour for a specified time. He further continued his study by holding some population to further experiment of exposing them to relative bright colour specified period while holding control group. After all the result were similar for all. Not satisfied he conducts another series of ten experiments using different people but with the same conditions, the result was marked the same. One of the warning signs related to pseudoscientific claims in the study is the overreliance on anecdotes. This verifies testimonial from others can be hard to verify; it is hard to generalise and fails to inform the cause and af...
